Description
The series "Scattering" was created in 2014 with the ancestral technique of encaustic revisited. In encaustic, beeswax creates opaque surfaces with very particular textures. Monotypes, drawings and collage of maps and newspapers are added to the encaustic, applied on MDF boxes. The sides are painted and the works gain three-dimensionality occupying the space.
