There is something polished in all the austerity delivered in the urban landscape. Although São Paulo exceeds itself in its array of skyscrapers, there is a strange symmetry that unites them. And not for nothing, for some research it was this passion for this inexact harmony that moved Marina. Her previous works carry this gesture, this premise of organization. Something different in this new series. Something ironic in its title: Encaixes (Fittings). Since what immediately strikes us is that beyond the conquest of the third dimension, Marina this time gives us buildings with edges, species of laminated buildings, plates that "fit" and challenge each other. Elements that compose an order in germination, in which more than the definition of the object, there is a certain suspension of its judgment. As if completeness were to happen between what promises and what it already builds. A two-edged blade.
