Marina Rodrigues transcends the routine use of iron plates. Steel cut-outs and adhesive tape, in works that emulate fictitious electronic diagrams and maps of a fantastic urbanism, abstract the original function of the material with rigour and plastic equilibrium. With the exception of his sculptural works, the suggestions of floor plans, as well as those of multiverses and architectural solids, dismantle the impression of a flat surface and propose forms with a three-dimensional presence.
