Right of Regret

• The cancellation of the purchase by withdrawal of the Purchaser may occur within 07 (seven) calendar days from the delivery of the product.
• The cancellation will only be carried out after the return of the product by the Buyer, upon:
• Refusal of receipt of the product by the Buyer, if the request for cancellation has been made before delivery;
• Collection of the product already delivered to the Purchaser, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• For the product to be collected and the cancellation to be effective, the product:
• It must be in perfect condition;
• Should the Buyer refuse to return the product, the refusal shall be interpreted as a waiver of the cancellation request. Thus, the collection procedures shall be cancelled and no amount shall be refunded to the Purchaser.

In cases where the Buyer requests the cancellation of the purchase, ArtSoul, respecting the procedures set out in the items above, will make available the amount in the form of balance to the customer and request reimbursement).

The Buyer may choose to use the purchase amount as credit towards the purchase of other products sold on ArtSoul's website or opt for a refund of the amounts.

If the Buyer chooses to refund the amounts, the same will be done:

• If the payment has been made by bank billet, the amount will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the Buyer within 05 working days from the refund request;.
• If the payment was made by credit card, ArtSoul will request a chargeback from the credit card company within 5 business days of the refund request (the amount will be refunded by the credit card company on the invoice, which may not be the next due date, if it is already closed at the time of the chargeback).

If any defect or manufacturing defect is found in a purchased product, the BUYER may formalise a complaint to ArtSoul, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product, as prescribed by the Consumer Defense Code (art. 26, I).

The returns of products should be carried out by the BUYER according to the guidelines to be received.
