Alice Vinagre occupies the Janete Costa gallery with Trilhas (Or a speck in the eye, a tampon in the ear)

Living in Recife for nearly 20 years, Alice Vinagre, from Paraíba, opens the exhibition Trilhas (or Cisco in the eye, tampon in the ear) on 9 October, from 3pm to 7pm, at the Janete Costa gallery in Parque Dona Lindu. The show, which is sponsored by Funcultura and curated by Adolfo Montejo Navas, builds a visual narrative that goes through his productions from various periods that bring poetics that subvert the status of art itself and move beyond fixed and established borders.
The exhibition will bring the possibility of a different approach to the artist's works, bringing together some of those already exhibited in the city, but which are now spatially constructed in a different way; others that are old but new here, as well as works designed directly to be shown in the gallery space. There will be 55 works that will allow the public to dive into a rich and profound reflection on the themes proposed and discussed by Alice.
