He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts - Florence 1973 / 74, Academy of Fine Arts - Rome 1974 / 75, Academy of San Carlos - University of Mexico 1975 / 77. Held several solo and group exhibitions in major institutions, museums and galleries in Brazil and abroad. His artworks are part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art of São Paulo, Museum of Contemporary Art - Gilberto Chateaubriand collection of Rio de Janeiro, Afro Brazil Museum of São Paulo, Museum of Contemporary Art of Ribeirao Preto, Museo de la Solidariedad Salvador Allende of Santiago, Chile and also in the city of Sao Paulo, with a Quadrúpede, in Parque do Povo. He has artworks in the private collections of Marco Antônio Villaça, Adriano Sammarone, Alberto Altílio, Fábio Pena Cal, Roberto Sandoval, Oswaldo Correia da Costa, among others.
