Itelvino Jahn

He was born on June 10th 1958. He lives in Montenegro, in a farm in Campo do Meio, Rio Grande do Sul. At the age of ten, he was already doing what is now his craft. He executes his works with "leftovers" of wood discarded naturally or that were removed because they represented physical risks. He chose to work with wood from the south where he keeps his roots. He works with wood from various species of plants, from ornamental, exotic and fruit trees.
Among his works, the organic sculptures stand out. He has held several exhibitions, both individual and collective.

REALIZED OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HIS ART AS:
- Execution of a trophy Mérito Empresarial Associação Comercial e Industrial de Montenegro, to honor local entrepreneurs 2009,2010;
- Execution of trophy to honor the goalkeeper Rogério Ceni by "1000 games as a player of Sao Paulo";
- Execution of a trophy to honor the entrepreneur and president of FIERGS Mr. Heitor Müller.
He received invitations to participate in international exhibitions, but did not participate due to lack of supporting partners.
