Rodrigo Gontijo 1

He is an artist, researcher and professor at the State University of Maringá. He has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia from PUC-SP and a Master's and PhD in Multimedia from the Institute of Arts at UNICAMP. He has published several articles and book chapters on experimental and expanded cinema. He develops live cinema projects, installations, film-essays and documentaries. His individual and collective works have been presented at the V Congreso Internacional de Sinestesia, Ciencia y Arte in Alcalá la Real (Spain), On Marche in Marrakesh (Morocco), Tangente Danse Contemporaine in Montreal (Canada), AsAECA in Rosario, Quilmes, Santa Fe (Argentina), MAM-SP, Mobile Radio/ 30th Bienal de São Paulo, Red Bull Station (SP), CCBB (Brasília), Instituto Tomie Ohtake (SP) and several units of SESC and awarded with 2 APCAs (São Paulo Association of Art Critics) and at the Gramado Festival.
