Brazilian Print Gallery
Gravura Brasileira gallery was founded in 1998 with the pioneering proposal of being a centre for the dissemination and appreciation of the art of printmaking. Our work focuses on exhibitions, conversations with artists, releases of artists' books and printmaking albums, and exchanges with studios throughout Brazil and abroad. We are a reference centre for the printmaking arts in the country and we are visited by students, curators and collectors from all over the world to get to know our collection that portrays one hundred years of the history of printmaking in Brazil, from Goeldi to the contemporaries. The Gallery holds annual exhibitions, participates in Art Fairs and holds SP Estampa, an annual arts festival with exhibitions, workshops and lectures. www.gravurabrasileira.com
