West Gallery

Inaugurated on 28 September 2019, Poente proposes to be a space to hold temporary exhibitions of Contemporary Art (Painting, Photography, Graffiti, Sculpture, Performance, etc.) by local artists, aiming to foster the consumption and dissemination of Visual Arts in São José dos Campos and Vale do Paraíba. It is part of the curatorial project of Galeria Poente to invite artists from other regions to exhibit their production, so that their work can dialogue with the work of local artists. Promoting courses, art workshops, meetings and conversations with artists are also part of its cultural programming.
