With the theme "Brasis", Serrinha Art Festival reaches its 20th edition in July and registrations are open for its workshops
After two pandemic years, the multi-artistic event is back at Serrinha, in Bragança Paulista, to celebrate all the Brazilian cultural diversity

Created in 2002 by artist Fabio Delduque, journalist Marcelo Delduque and businessman and chef Carlão de Oliveira (owner of the cachaça Busca Vida), the Serrinha Art Festival reaches its 20th edition between July 9 and 30, 2022. After two pandemic years, the art, music, theatre, cinema, fashion, gastronomy and sustainability event is back to its original format at Fazenda Serrinha, in Bragança Paulista (90 km from São Paulo) and, for the first time, it also occupies the Arte Serrinha Natural Park, inaugurated at the end of last year.
With the theme "Brasis", this edition celebrates all the cultural plurality of our continental country, as well as its rich biodiversity. For five years, a group of ten artists participated in the "Serrinha Expedition", researching popular culture and traditions in four Brazilian states. The result of this journey will be presented in an exhibition and in different attractions of this year's programme.
"A country with an identity still under construction needs these moments of breathing, learning and creative expansion, which can be enhanced in a free contemporary art festival. We will dive into these 'Brasis' and the depth of our soul to discover the true Brazilian cultural essence in today's world," says artistic director Fabio Delduque.
